Organic Listing

There's a pervasive myth that submitting your website as is to hundreds of search engines will result in thousands of new visitors. This is not true. Careful website and keyword tuning is required for each search engine for the most effective and controllable results.

Once keywords are submitted, it cannot be easily undone, so it's very important to choose wisely.
Website pages need to be optimized for a preferred search engine and other Keyword Optimized Pages are created for each keyword-search engine combination where content is written for each of them. Each search engine has its own algorithms that are used to index webpages and so to get the best results separate Keyword Optimized Pages are needed for each keyword-search engine combination.

Based on the keywords provided by the client, webpages are optimized and submitted to the respective search engines they were design for. It can take from 6 weeks to 6 months for pages to be indexed, where campaigns are ideally managed over a 12month period to ensure best results.
Since it cannot be guaranteed how these optimized pages will perform after the first submission, special monitoring and maintenance is required to help reach targeted positioning. Based on the results, adjustments may need to be made, and the optimized pages resubmitted.

Nextbiz SEO-Organic Process

1. Specific keywords provided by the client will be analyzed for targeted search engines.

2. Keyword Analysis verifies the effectiveness and popularity of each keyword. This is to ensure that a balance between competitor usage and end user searching. The costing structure for the selected keywords, will be based on their Keyword Effective Index (KEI) factor, being a weighted factor between its effectiveness level and popularity. The lower the KEI is, the more difficult it is to get a higher rating in the search engine using it. Eg. The keyword ‘Consultants’ would have a lower KIF as compared to ‘Consultants in Singapore’ since it would be much more difficult to be listed higher for the keyword ‘Consultants’. Special tools and reports are analyzed to determine the KEI for a particular keyword.

3. Optimized webpages are created for each keyword and targeted search engine combination – this also includes webpage structure and link optimization.

4. Optimized webpages are uploaded to webserver.

5. Optimized webpages are submitted to targeted search engines.

6. Keyword performance monitoring is performed and reports are generated monthly.

7. Continued webpage optimization is performed during the duration of the campaign.

Since many of the search engines on the Internet are linked to the major search engines, Nextbiz focuses on the following : Yahoo, Google, MSN, AllTheWeb, Ask Jeeves, and relevant Directory Listings.

Nextbiz works to position selected keywords into the first two pages of the respective search engines, based on agreed keywords and their respective KEI, unless otherwise stated.

If Nextbiz does not achieve a significant keyword listing improvement with the objective to be listed on the the first two pages in 6 months, then Nextbiz will continue to work to achieve these objectives at no additional cost to the client for up to 6 months from the end of the contract period. Keyword optimization and changes may be required to meet goals.

Pay per click advertisements are usually text ads placed near search results; when a site visitor clicks on the advertisement, the advertiser is charged a small amount.
